This year's conference has been arranged at the Hellidon Lakes Hotel which is near Daventry in Northamptonshire. Following feedback from last year's conference and discussions with several sites and trade members, this years conference will concentrate more on the trade side and less on the "talks" element. To date six trade stands have been booked and that is before the official announcement of the dates had been made.
The hotel is part of the Q Hotel Group and is a 4 star AA rated hotel. The hotel has a leisure club with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym and offers various spa treatments. The hotel has a 220 acre golf course with discount green fees for delegates. Inside the hotel is a golf simulator and a four lane bowling alley as well as several bars and a restaurant. The bedrooms are well equipped with all the facilities you would expect from a top class hotel. For delegates looking for a suite you can upgrade for an addition an fee.
As per previous years the trade exhibition will be held on both days and the conference part on the second day. This year the talks will include presentations from trade members about their new developments and current product lines.

There are two packages as per previous conferences:
24 hour delegate - £160 per person or twin/double £270 for two delegates
Day Delegate Package - £55 per person

If you would like to upgrade to a Deluxe Suite there is an additional charge of £25 per room.(normally £75) There are only a few available.
To book your place call 0845 130 6258 (not the UKPSF number please) and then complete a booking form (sent with the postal newsletter) and return it with your payment as soon as possible.
We have been guaranteed a larger room for our exhibition compared to the two small rooms we had at last year’s event. The room can accommodate 20 stands each having a 3 m (wide) x 2 m(deep) area. Initially the areas will be offered to all trade members and invited companies at a cost of £200 per stand. If areas are not taken up then they will be offered to companies who have booked space but would like a larger area. There are two small stands available for £125 and these would be suitable for companies who only require a table. The fee for a trade stand includes your 2008 UKPSF trade membership.
If you book and pay for your stand before 28 February the cost will be £175 saving £25.
If you book a trade stand you must also pay for either day delegates or 24 hr delegate rates for ALL your staff.
Traders will be able to set up from 9.00am on the Tuesday. There are also outside areas that could be used for demonstrations as well as small conference rooms attached to the main exhibition room if companies require a private room to discuss business. These can all be hired from the hotel - contact the UKPSF for a price.
